missing|stolen

I have been trying to get James Kaszuba of The Sporting Scene Gallery, Red Bank, NJ to return these seven paintings (below) since September of 2004. In spite of e-mails, phone calls, and certified letters from myself and my attorney, Mr. Kaszuba has refused to communicate in any way as to the whereabouts of the paintings. While I had originally thought that perhaps two of them had been sold, based on further investigation by a private detective, it is now my opinion that all seven paintings are long gone – having likely been sold by Mr. Kaszuba between late 2002 and present. If so, the Gallery/Mr. Kaszuba owes me just over $5500.

It appears that Mr. Kaszuba is now doing business under a new gallery name, either James Lawton Fine Art or James Lawton Gallery in Colts Neck, NJ.
